I was recommended ESK by a friend. I have used the products and really like them. I ordered the rosacea bundle and have leant a few tips through ESK emails. For example, not to use toner if you have my skin condition. I would suggest that a list of dos/dont's could be included in the box when you send out the bundle. I don't always have time to read the emails you send. I also love the eye serum. I do however have other concerns about my skin. Being in my 70s I'm concerned about anti-ageing and would like some advice about how to chop and change products so that all my skin concerns are met. Overall, I would say the products are of the highest quality and are delightful to use. I am pleased with the results. Thank you!

OK so back in November I was feeling fed up with my dehydrated skin and generally feeling blah. In an act of pure self sabotage I used a "how old do I look" app (don't do it!) and it said I looked 59 (I've just turned 57 a couple of weeks ago). So after much googling I succumbed to the Facebook posts I kept seeing against my 'never buy anything from Facebook' rule. I didn't just jump in, I looked for reviews and articles and everything I could find until I felt it was worth a shot. I bought my first products. I was a little confused when I started using and wanted to be sure I was doing everything right so I contacted ESK and they immediately came back to me and were SO helpful. After a while and again against my previous belief that the cleanser I was using was just as good as any ESK had, I bought the 0 and 0+ cleansers - that's when I started to see real results and finally my dehydrated skin started to improve. So today feeling pretty good about how my skin looked and felt out of the shower, I did it again. I used the 'how old do I look' app. Today, 30 January 3 weeks after turning 57 the result is 49. I'll take that :)
