I’ve had a very positive experience so far with the recommended products and the follow up care from the sales / customer service team in answering my questions on the products and use. My skin is improving (I’m using products for aging, pigmentation but sensitive skin) and some of the consistent bumps I’ve had on my forehead and temples are decreasing. Only a couple of months in but happy with the progress so far.

I love all the products recommended for my skin. We had to change two of them, but the service I received was excellent, nothing was a problem.

My only complaint is that you were advertising 15% off on Facebook but when I put the order through it didnt take the discount off. Apparently the offer of the free travel kit was still going and the 15%off would start after that finished, however, there was no dates showing when the promotion started or finished. I was pretty disappointed i missed out on the 15%discount.
