The stroller fits well into my car when it’s folded. I’ve used it at the mall, street and playground so far. The stroller is relatively smooth on those surfaces. I like that it inclines almost completely flat so that my baby can sleep in it. My toddler seems to enjoy it as well. It is a tad heavier and larger than I would like. There is not much vertical space underneath to place items such as a diaper bag or groceries.
Tbh, this is the most difficult thing to put on. You need an extra person who can help buckle the straps. Moreover baby hates it. wish I could return it

My wife and I upgraded to the Omni Breeze from our regular basic ergo baby carrier and I love the features on it. The extra support for the shoulders, back, extra pockets, and breathable material is amazing, highly recommend! We use it for when we take our baby out for walks, doing household chores, and for napping

I purchased an Omni Breeze Carrier from your Canadian website with a total invoice amount of CAD 203. 06 (order number: 3000287579 ). However, my Visa card was charged CAD 293. 68, which clearly indicates that my order was incorrectly processed and charged in USD instead of CAD, despite the purchase being made on the Canadian website. I contacted your customer service to report this issue. I did not receive a response until two days later, and even then, I was only told to wait while the issue was being investigated. After that, I received no follow-up or updates, and I had to proactively email your team again to ask for the status of my overcharge. Only then did I receive a response. This lack of communication and follow-up was both frustrating and time-consuming. Eventually, your team confirmed that the issue was caused by a system error on Ergobaby’s side, which resulted in my order being charged in USD instead of CAD. While a refund was initiated, your response did not clearly state the refund amount or the currency. Once again, I had to contact your team proactively to obtain this information. I was then informed that the refund would be USD 59. 29. After waiting 13 days, I finally received the refund, which amounted to CAD 79. 67. As a result, I have suffered a financial loss of approximately CAD 11, meaning I ultimately paid more than the original invoice amount for this product. This outcome is completely unreasonable. To be clear, this issue was caused entirely by Ergobaby’s system error, not by any action or choice on my part as a customer. I purchased from ergobaby. ca, where prices are clearly displayed in CAD, and I should not be penalized for currency conversion losses resulting from your internal mistake.
