We have purchase over the counter basin for our powder room and unfortunately the dimension were not matching the dimension from the website. Michael dealt with the issue very promptly. Very impressed with the customer service provided by e-renovations.

Very happy with the 2 vanities we bought from E-Renovation. They are a much nicer style vanity and the price from E-Renovation made them great value. Communication with Cindy to check stock availability was quick and I ordered them straight away and transferred the money to their account. Delivery was well within my time frame and the driver was very helpful encouraging us to see them before storing them. The handles we ordered were still to come, but I feel confident they will arrive as soon as they can. Great product, great value, great delivery.

The Ikon classico range is exactly what I wanted. I haven't installed them yet. I choose the cheaper Toll delivery option. They were horrible to deal with. I asked for a notification the day before delivery. I got an email and text message sent just before the box was dropped off. I was at work. The package sat in the rain all day and the boxes for the taps, including the installation instructions, were ruined. I emailed Toll a complaint but haven't heard back back.

Perfect replacement - when my seat broke the original supplier was not reachable. This seat was actually the correct one for the toilet I had!
