Brust turned up without connector, so i have a brush head and a handle and no way to join them. Advised the supplier and the whole batch was the same so now i have to wait an additional four weeks for the parts

Great looking tap and delivered ultra quick.

e-Renovation have been great to deal with, sending updates on my tapware order (which was delayed due to supply issues) and promptly answering any product questions as required. Very satisfied with the service, the product and the after care!

Purchased a bathroom vanity from E-Renovations online store. Couldn't be happier. Product was exactly as what I purchased. They delivered on time and communicated regularly throughout the process. I couldn't be home when they delivered so they went above and beyond and took the vanity around the back of my house to ensure it was in a safe and secure place. They inspected the goods when delivered to ensure no damage and then sent photos to confirm if it was ok to leave it where they did. Very impressed with E-Renovation and would highly recommend purchasing from them.

Very fast delivery and goods were very well. The vanity is very good and well made and finished product in place looks great. Can highly recommend

I bought 2 vanitys and shower heads deliverd 3 days later, Value for money and great service. Will using again

The laundry tub and cabinet are very well made and arrived in perfect condition. I needed to adjust the height as my taps are lower set than usual and I b got excellent advice from the e-Reno team.

I've had occasion now to purchase three times from E-Renovation. I find their website very easy to navigate, their pricing fair and the quality of the goods high. I'd have no hesitation recommending them for easy of use, quality, price and speed of delivery.

Very nice, exactly as described, on web site.

Good price, good quality, fast delivery, friendly service.

Prompt and helpful communication. Fast delivery. They even squeezed my delivery in before Christmas. Thank you!

Easier if you had a phone number for communication to quickly sort out misunderstanding. Our cabinet wasn’t properly assembled with 3 key lock nuts missing.

Thanks to Michael in customer support for his quick replies and support on this item, much appreciated. Quick delivery and quality product.

Easy to order the products we needed for our laundry reno. Very competitive pricing and great range.

Our bathroom reno is scheduled for a few weeks time and whilst most of our order hasn't arrived yet, and I haven't opened the one part that has arrived just yet, our experience with e-renovation and in particular, Michael has been exceptional. Very good customer service. Can't wait to receive our order. Thanks again for your help, Michael.

Very good expirence Value for money Quick delivery

It took a couple of emails & ,phone calls, but once sorted order placed, dispatched next day delivered in 3 days. Excellent service from Michael. Highly recommend E-RENOVATION

We have purchase over the counter basin for our powder room and unfortunately the dimension were not matching the dimension from the website. Michael dealt with the issue very promptly. Very impressed with the customer service provided by e-renovations.

Very happy with the 2 vanities we bought from E-Renovation. They are a much nicer style vanity and the price from E-Renovation made them great value. Communication with Cindy to check stock availability was quick and I ordered them straight away and transferred the money to their account. Delivery was well within my time frame and the driver was very helpful encouraging us to see them before storing them. The handles we ordered were still to come, but I feel confident they will arrive as soon as they can. Great product, great value, great delivery.

Great service, good products.
