I find EQ3 has great product. My items were mistakenly shipped to another province. When it arrived back in the local warehouse for my area no one scheduled an appointment for delivery until I called to cancel part of the order. The upholstery job had some issues underneath the sectional. I’m hopefully it doesn’t cause any structural issues but so far it just seems to be aesthetics. Other than that I love this sectional. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos. Assembly was easy.

I love the Grove Flatware set I ordered. I experienced a problem with delivery and the customer service agents I spoke with were very kind and helpful. In my experience, EQ3 is a first rate company.

Took a chance on this clock, and glad I did. I liked the style but wasn’t sure if it would have a loud ticking sound. It’s quiet as a mouse. The lack of numbers makes it visually quiet too. It’s a nice addition to the living room, having a simple “stupid” way of knowing the time makes it easier to leave the phones out of reach.
