After submitting a request for a sample, I received a follow up call from Laura, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She followed me through the entire process and helped with logos and pricing. All the team members I encountered were wonderful to work with, followed through, and were very timely in their responses. I received tracking information once orders were shipped and always responded quickly to any questions I had. The products I ordered were give-aways for an upcoming promotional event and all my team members loved them.

He managed my small project from beginning to end: gave quotes for design costs, design reviews, and production to shipment, which took a few days.
