Not pleased with the calendar this year. I order the same calendar year after year and this was not the same. Poor quality.

Poor, we got the order late and it should have been clear on the delay in processing and shipping. The company was aware that these were xmas gifts so to get them not a full week before christmas is not good. I have daily customers. They shouldn't have taken the order if they couldn't guarantee it. We got them after xmas last year as there were some company issues and so I thought this year would go good but didnt.

Everything was fantastic. Looks Great! Lemon Yellow with Forest Green ends and matching printing on the barrel, with Fine Blue ink in a reasonably affordable package! That is exactly what was ordered! Good job! You offered greater diversity of Blue/Black inks and beat most other providers by offering both Medium and Fine point. Also your prices are not just competitive, but beat everybody else! Your Customer Service demonstrated that they support the customer! *Amazing how your competitors trying to capitalize on Trump's tariffs charge EXTRA, your company does Not charge extra. I hope their businesses get audited for that! Hope people read this review before they consider other companies that I have used in the past that still send me sample pens.
