The shipment tracking number did not work, so I called the 888 number, which did not work, so I clicked the button to get a support ticket, which did not work. So I sent you an email. I have now been waiting 15 hours for a reply

The magnet overall looks good, I will say the printing is a bit darker than expected and the edges tend to roll and puff up a bit not I stead of sticking flat to the vehicle door

Great pricing but zero support
I have ordered a number of products from this company and for the most part I have been very happy with the pricing and the quality. However, there is no one to speak to. If you call and leave a message no one returns your calls. If you email no one returns your emails. I had a serious problem with an order and left a couple of voicemails and no one ever returned my calls.

Postcard Templates
Why aren't templates available in the larger size postcards? And I wish you'd bring back some of your old stock templates. They were so much better than the current ones.

Under the impression the turn around time would be about a week or less. It took double that, which may very be a function of UPS and not eprintfast. However after the wait it was a little disappointing that the postcards weren't cut straight and some of the graphics were cut off. It's not terrible, not enough to ask for a reprint and wait for another order again, but in the future, depending on the project it may be reason to choose another printing company.
