Attention to Detail
My artwork did not match the card stock I ordered- eprintfast reached out to me to let me know- let me re size the file and resend it to them! I greatly appreciated that someone took the time, and not only noticed but let me adjust so I am getting exactly what I originally ordered!!

Calendars look great
The colors, finish and binding are all very well done. Glad for the sale price, as they have clibeed quite a bit in the past couple of years. maybe holiday 25% off would be nice….

Great banners
I ordered three banners to be used on our Christmas float in the Santa Claus parade. We are very pleased with the quality of the banners and they looked great promoting our agency and our Merry Christmas wish.

T-shirts & Sign for Business
I knew it would be a tight deadline for receiving the items I ordered for a business event I was attending but I was hopeful. Unfortunately, I had to follow-up a few days after eprint's stated delivery time frame to let them know I hadn't received the items. When the items did arrive, the sign was made the wrong way to fit into the "H" stand. I sent photos to show it was done incorrectly. The good news is that eprint fixed the issue and sent me a new sign...of course, at no charge. I will order through eprint again because of their business ethics making good on their mistake. This is why I gave a 4 star rating.

Issue with an Order
I have been a client for many years & never had an issue. But on my last Order, I had a problem with the Artwork for my Business Cards (exactly the same that I had been submitting for years) & ultimately after many back & forths, I decided to cancel the Order & asked for a refund. Your CS Rep Shabee Shamsi had been very helpful in expediting the settlement. I will surely come back to Eprintfast & I wish her well.
