Unable to get anyone to respond after purchase. Email sent and three phone calls with no response

You guys alway take care of me!

I bit confusing about which one I bought in terms of battery. Gaining info about the battery, in terms of whether I need a special transformer to charge in Europe without hurting the battery, wasn't answered. And thought the battery was removable but isn't.

I am loving my scooter, you already know the seat is a issue, it would be nice if you guys create a solution
