Fast shipping. I forgot I ordered it. It arrived in perfect shape. very little to no setup. I charged the battery overnight and that was three days ago.

They answered immediately to make things right. In the end I think I got a good value for what I paid, just not a smooth process. I now have a 365lb rated chair, not 400lb, but I suppose it will work. Looks super solid and I actually weight less than its rating.

You should have sent me a shipping notice and tracking number. I had no idea it was on its way, and you should consider dropping signature request. The tracking has gotten so good that you really do not need it anymore.

My experience so far with my Ephesus scooter has been good, both with the scooter and customer service.

Shipping and service was just fine however the S5 that I purchased Justice is a little unstable and has a wide Turning radius

The scooter was delivered to our door and was superbly packaged for safety of content. The website was so thorough I had no need to contact customer service

Service was spot on. Good packaging. You can never go wrong w/double walled cardboard. Everything including rear basket was in excellent condition!
