Great and fast service

Munro are not making this shoe anymore so I was quite excited to find a new pair at Elgin’s. The checkout process was super-easy and the price great. My shoes arrived in about a week which was excellent for international shipping - thanks Elgin’s!!

Have two pairs of these shoes...they are definitely my go-to shoes. Leather is typical Dansko high quality, style is super cute, fit is very comfortable. I highly recommend this shoe.

I have found Englin’s staff helpful with queries. They stock a great range and it is wonderful to be able to order from Australia. I have a AA width so it is very hard to find suitable shoes in Australia.

I have bought many pairs of Munro shoes and absolutely love how comfortable they are on my feet. I recently purchased two pairs of the Munro Beth in Black and Bone. I normally wear a 10 1/2 wide. In this particular shoe I needed a 12 W as they run short. The Black pair fit perfect. Unfortunately, the Bone pair were too wide in my left foot. I re-ordered in a 12 M and they were too narrow in my left foot. I had previously read reviews that the Bone Munro Beth seemed to have this problem. Unfortunately, I had to return the 12 M as well. I wore the Black pair on a recent cruise, and they were perfect. They look stylish and are very comfortable. My husband who never comments on my shoes, said he thought they looked great with all my outfits. I would highly recommend this shoe!

Englins did a great customer service job of working with me to facilitate my purchase of the size 11 Monroe sandal. Had issues with my card being accepted....somehow it didn't read through to my credit card company....and after several attempts and calls through to the cc company, we used another card. The reps who worked with me were very gracious and patient. I'll be back! And the shoes....love them! A great deal....hard to find a size 11!
