Have been using this product since 2023.

I saw many podcasts with Catherine Arnston and was intrigued to try both the Energy and Recovery Bits. I have many health issues including recovering from breast cancer in 2015. I try to heal naturally so this was perfect for me! I started with the Vitality Bits which is a mixture of both spirulina and chlorella. I eventually switched to the Energy bits and Recovery bits so I can take them at different times of the day. I do the chlorella before bed to assist with a detox. I love that I can take a pay of them on the go and eat them after my workout to assist with recovery. I even give them to my senior dog Snickers and I swear this is helping him with his energy levels and cognitive decline. He is the pickiest of eaters, however he devours these each night. He's only 10 pounds so the recommended dose was about 4 of each tablet, however I increased them to 6 of each because he loves them so much. I am tired and on a fixed budget, however I feel that these products are worth every penny! I love my Energy and Recovery bits!

I have been taking both Energy and Recovery Bits daily for about a month. I am starting to notice a difference in several ways. My appetite satiety and digestion seem to be improving. I also feel stronger in my workouts and sleep better at night!

I take a handful every morning to start my day with great nutrition. My cat always gets a few too. She loves them.

I know I'm getting the best support for my body with these tiny pills. I hate to call them pills as they aren't a medicine, but a natural supplement that works.

Impossible to talk to Customer service . Even with an Inactive subscription still keep receiving orders and still you have to pay back the shipping to get a refund. I am still don’t understand why we cannot cancel your account ( subscription ) or remove the payment credit cards in your account . I was not awarded the hat to take advantage of a discount you will be charge for 2 more orders. I still doubt it , but it is the only reason I got or a software glitch!!. The software doesn’t let you close your account and there is not one to talk about it … grade 3 because of the known good quality of the product… but I am not sure anymore. :(
