Impossible to talk to Customer service . Even with an Inactive subscription still keep receiving orders and still you have to pay back the shipping to get a refund. I am still don’t understand why we cannot cancel your account ( subscription ) or remove the payment credit cards in your account . I was not awarded the hat to take advantage of a discount you will be charge for 2 more orders. I still doubt it , but it is the only reason I got or a software glitch!!. The software doesn’t let you close your account and there is not one to talk about it … grade 3 because of the known good quality of the product… but I am not sure anymore. :(

There are product descriptions for each product to help you determine which product is best for you. Once you have the product(s) in your cart, you have choice of payment options. This is an intuitive website, so it's easy to navigate and order. I've never had an issue with an order from Energy Bits.
