I absolutely love these little stickers! They have replaced my coffee in the morning (and it's morning side kick to the bathroom). I was skeptical about these patches doing anything, but after 4 days I can already feel that I’m snacking less. I work at home some of the week which is my weakness and this week I have felt good. If I see results by the end of the month, I will definitely keep going.
