Love these and they work great. Been using for a few months now.

I'm a hardworking nurse, struglgling with the day to day grind. I have always found my appetite to be a challenge to life and often find myself over eating when times are stressful. I've been using the patches for a week consistently and have already noticed a significant improvement in my life. I'm not reaching for the nearest snack in a quick break or overeating at dinner time. I feel like it's early days but the difference in my mental state has changed significantly already. I don't have the same hunger pangs, I'm eating smaller portions and finally recognising when I'm full. It seems too good to be true, but maybe it just does what it says! I've used medications in the past and have not noticed any side effect so far. Seems like an absolute winner for me, especially with ADHD and struggling to remember to take medications on time. I was sceptical at first but I really do like this product. I feel it is the right amount of 'juice' mid day. I also think due to the ingredients it is better for you than say a Monster drink or others like it.
