I’m a very active person - active with work, exercising, household chores - I move around a lot. My only issue is the adhesive doesn’t suit this type of lifestyle. I’ve found a temp fix, which is applying medical tape over the patch. If anyone else has the same issue I recommend trying this method. Other than that the patch is great! I feel better all around! Mood, energy, body pain have improved, along with food consumption. I do take generic Prozac and Adderall, and the patch hasn’t had any negative effects with these meds. Highly recommend trying these patches. My aunt and grandma will be trying them, too.

I'm a hardworking nurse, struglgling with the day to day grind. I have always found my appetite to be a challenge to life and often find myself over eating when times are stressful. I've been using the patches for a week consistently and have already noticed a significant improvement in my life. I'm not reaching for the nearest snack in a quick break or overeating at dinner time. I feel like it's early days but the difference in my mental state has changed significantly already. I don't have the same hunger pangs, I'm eating smaller portions and finally recognising when I'm full. It seems too good to be true, but maybe it just does what it says! I've used medications in the past and have not noticed any side effect so far. Seems like an absolute winner for me, especially with ADHD and struggling to remember to take medications on time. Im on the subscription and will be for as long as it takes me to reach my goals. Thank you endorfix for coming up with such a great idea.
