Prompt reply and very friendly.

Shipping was impressively quick with DHL. Aftersales service is great, a connection is built -- feel like a friend wants to share some tasty coffee with you. I visited your shop in Omotesando last week when I was in Tokyo, and I could see and feel how professional you guys are. Keep it up!

Good coffee with very good price.

I have a chance of having a trip and stay at Funabashi, Tokyo. Once I have landed in Tokyo, I could still make it to have my first pour over in Japan at PHILOCOFFEA 201. The presentation of the Costa Rica and Columbia are great! It is always a pleasant to enjoy a great coffee for starting a journey in Japan. I definitely will visit your coffee shop again when I travel to Tokyo.

The aroma and appearance of the roasted beans showed that they were roasted with great care. Each beans had its own delicate characteristics, and I throughly enjoyed the flavor change over time as well.

The preservation and shipping were perfect - the coffee beans remained very fresh upon arrival in Taiwan!

I purchased 013 & 012 this time. I really love 012. Well-balanced. My daily coffee now.
