I am drinking 012 as espresso. I am extracting it with ±48g, and it has acidity while being smooth and pleasant to drink.

This is a great coffee bean with full of red fruit ton tropical fruit flavour depth, i am still calibrating the brewing method to maximum the flavour depth in palate and strength of aroma on nose. So far i am trying Comandante C40 either click 38-32, after brewing aroma flavour seems either too weak or toasting flavour over whelm. This is great coffee bean, buy this!

The delivery cost was reasonable and very quick to deliver.
