I got this kit to clean up the factory wiring in my Vintera II Jazzmaster, and to have a fresh starting point for a pickup swap. I put Emerson’s pre-wired Les Paul kit in one of my guitars a few years ago and was seriously impressed, and the same goes for this kit. The solder joints are solid and tidy, and all of the components feel and sound fantastic. Installation was a breeze even with novice soldering skills, and the fitment is perfect. I opted for the 500k pots and they perfectly tamed the ice-picky high end I was hearing with my factory 1meg pots. Highly recommend for anyone looking to overhaul their JM.

This wiring harness was a huge upgrade for my tele. I absolutely love the way the volume tapers now and it was a super simple install. The actual wiring was clean as a whistle and it just looks cool as heck as well! Can’t recommend this wiring harness enough!!

Upgraded to an Emerson pre wired Jazzmaster kit and it’s a night and day improvement. No more awkward “Rhythm” circuit. Just no frills, improved tone.

I was avoiding Emerson Custom at first. It kinda looked expensive compared to the others, but now it's my main go-to place. You can get premium products at premium-ish prices. I tried to save couple of $$$ by buying pots and caps elsewhere, but I got them heavily out of specs or sounded like crap, so at the end, with Emerson, you get really good products at fair price. . .

Def an upgrade over the stock CTS posts and caps in the Les Paul.

There are very few products that work with Pedal Train. Particularly, I/O. This solves the problem if you are fortunate enough to have the corresponding 4 x 1/4 inch jacks made for this mounting device.
