It is a simple and strong massage chair. Many of my friends don’t even notice it in my living room. Other chairs looked like rocket ships and took over my whole room. It does great back and neck work and a bit of butt as well. I can’t get the heating pad around the thighs to work yet. I will work on it. But it goes and goes for as long as you like. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a lifelong simple massage chair. It’s like having a forever friend willing to give you free massages.

I was charged for white glove delivery. The chair was uncomfortable and didn't work out for me. The $200.00 extra delivery fee was not refunded.
