Extremely happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research on different types of chairs. I wanted the chair to fit my husbands' 6"4' height. Customer service is top notch. We use the chair every evening before bed. I find myself falling asleep in it. Great investment.

highly recommend this chair, its my second Osaki, first one i purchased in 2020, it is still working good 5 years later, i wanted the better more expensive chair, so i purchased this one, the newer more expensive model. Osaki is great product, both chairs are very very good, this one i just got is amazing. i have a weak mid back and the chair keeps my entire body super flexible. j

I had this white glove service and they were perfect with the delivery, setting up the chair and removing all of the packaging material.

Lowest pricing, excellent communication, seamless delivery process. Emassagechair were a pleasure to work with.

Overall, having the chair is a good experience; however, the backlight to the screen is extremely low and not visible. At times after completing a massage session, some of the units continue to massage, which leads me to having to turn the machine back on and off.

Shipping was pretty quick, about a week which was great compared to other stores who said it would take over a month.

Received this chair in December 2024 such a blessing to have this in my home. Thus far truly a good investment, massage helps mind body and spirit.
