The fabric is very rough, not soft at all. I ordered the extra-thick bamboo mattress pad, and it is extra hard and extra rough and extra warm. I would not recommend.

This is second time I'm ordering. First order received very quickly. For some reason this order kept being listed as unfulfilled on the site. I had to contact and the rep immediately said sorry and shipped the item the next day. Not sure what happened at first but the rep was very responsive and personable. Thank you!

I am a Home Stager and these are my favorite chairs for making the staging look high end. They are beautiful. I have purchased 8 of them so far. No one has sat in them very long, so I can’t testify to comfort, but they seem to be comfortable. They are fairly easy to build. The last step of attaching the seat and back to the frame is the most challenging, but we have found that turning the frame on it’s side with the bottom of the chair facing you is the easiest way to attach it. Be sure to tighten the screws that will be covered once the seat and back are attached, because you can’t reach them after attachment. Shipping was fairly fast. Also the staff (Andrew) has been very helpful. I would highly recommend!

OK, I thought these were returnable. I have only used 1 pillow for a few days for the test run. They just do not work for me. email support is ok, nothing happened per se. But a phone would be much better.
