did an exchange because the original item I bought was wrongly sized (because of me, not them). No fuss, straightforward and very helpful. Why not 5 stars was because in the original purchase transaction, they promised giving some freebies if I were to leave a review, and they didn't. It's not a big thing for me, just that in customer service people will notice things like that and affect the credibility of the business.

Have been riding my new enve ses 4. 5 with carbon-ti rotors for 4 weeks now. The wheels are riding as fast as i expected, make that beautiful deeprim whizzing sound. And the rotors work brilliant without any creaking noises whatsoever.
