Great delivery time

Good company. Didn't like the delivery, was unable to track

This time with the UPS delivery, I received the order much more quickly than previously. However, I am still very unhappy that I cannot get "No suger-added Barley Granola", eventhough I see it "available on-line".

Never received my order. Never heard back from Elimento when i emailed.

We love the product a lot. In fact, we have been buying a lot of peanut butter in the last year but the packaging is so depressing. So much plastic and tape. We are trying to reduce plastic waste and it doesn’t fit with our current vision. I wrote to express my worries but didn’t get a reply.

Service was excellent and no complaints about shipping.

Love the New World peanut butter, especially the organic coconut peanut butter! It's the only brand I buy.

The lady with whom I spoke was knowledgeable and pleasant. However, I would have preferred to have the option of ordering by phone. Many people my age (82), are not comfortable with ordering on-line, but I did manage to do it.

Online order was fast & convenient. Disappointed that I have been unable to source in any local stores in Okanagan, nor in Burnaby area.

Packaging and shipping is great!

There was an error in my shipment and I sent in a request for payment credit on missing items. It was almost a week until I had a response to my concern. There should be an immediate reply that message received.
