I like that it was delivered right to the door. Some companies deliver products to the community mailbox through Canada Post, and it freezes this time of year if you fail to get there quickly. The process was somewhat easy for a newcomer.

The peanut butter tastes as good as I remember as a sandwich but it should be noted that you might need to eat something else with it to have a good filling meal.

Delivery is timely and accurate. There’s a bit too much packing tape used but I don’t know how they could avoid it. Glad it’s packed in cardboard with paper packing, though!

I am so very disappointed in service from your online order. I ordered items on Dec 23rd (products made in Burnaby) and today is Jan 5th and I have still not received my order. I have called, number not answered, Emails not answered and billing and shipping information was done incorrectly. I straightened this part out with shipper but still not delivered as of today. Man called Thursday to confirm delivery that day and I waited all day. Still nothing.

I received the shipment very quickly as well.
