Packaged well, arrived when expected, convenient to use

Used this to make my signature cashew butter protein balls, very happy with the results! Such a nice tasting, super smooth butter. Both happy and sad about the glass jar, love not putting more plastic into the environment but it does increase the risk of breakage in shipping. That being said I don't think I have ever received a more well wrapped shipment! Every bottle was wrapped securely in bubble wrap and taped. All my vanilla extract bottles and both glass jars of nut butter arrived intact. Thank you!

I have had mostly good experiences with ordering from here, though I think the "out of stock" notes on items needs to be larger and more visible.

i had a legitimate issue with the smooth unsalted peanut butter 2kg because it tastes slightly bitter\unpleasant on the palate: i've emailed elimento twice and have Not received any response whatsoever. sure, this is the age of ai; but ai is just another way to say "impersonal"

One item shipped was incorrect, emaile but have not heard back on how to rectify

I absolutely love peanut butter and thanks to Elimento and New World, I can buy a 4kg tub of organic PB! Whether smooth or crunchy, this is a wonderfully delicious, wholesome product contains only peanuts and nothing else!

I like that it was delivered right to the door. Some companies deliver products to the community mailbox through Canada Post, and it freezes this time of year if you fail to get there quickly. The process was somewhat easy for a newcomer.

The peanut butter tastes as good as I remember as a sandwich but it should be noted that you might need to eat something else with it to have a good filling meal.

Delivery is timely and accurate. There’s a bit too much packing tape used but I don’t know how they could avoid it. Glad it’s packed in cardboard with paper packing, though!
