I was upset once I read the hair isn't permanently removed. Also if your on certain medicine you shouldn't use this device. I want to send it back and get a FULL REFUND however there is no invoice in the box. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have had laser treatment on my bikini line years ago. It was way more painful then I expected. When I got this in the mail, I was excited.
