Ordered Foamy Cleanser after receiving an email advising product was in stock again. The next day received an email that product was shipped with tracking number. 2 days later when checking the tracking, tracking showed that shipment was canceled. After sending a message requesting status of my order, I received an email advising the cleanser is out of stock. I requested an explanation and still have not received any answers. Horrible customer service

The after sale service is excellent. My wife trial ordered a bottle online (she bought her first few bottles in store in Hong Kong last month by chance), and when received there was a small problem. We complained to the aftersales team via chatting and they immediately sent another replacement bottle to us. Now my wife feels very comfortable ordering their products online as she has peace of mind that if something goes wrong, it will be fixed very quickly.
