Thank you for providing the part that we needed. It’s a hard to find one as our appliance is 10+ years old but you have it. Our 10 or 11 year old Samsung washer had been struggling to balance heavier loads when spinning. We suspected it might be a cracked spider, so we ordered the spider and bearing kit. The price was good and it arrived quickly. The repair is fairly straightforward but time-consuming as it involves taking virtually the entire washing machine apart to get at the spider assembly. This would have been a very expensive repair job if we hadn't tackled the work ourselves, and it just requires basic tools. There are good YouTube videos that show how to do the job - nothing too complicated but allow several hours and you need 2 people for portions of the dismantling and reassembly. Once we got everything apart, our existing spider was in fact cracked. This was straightforward to replace. Removing the old bearings and installing the new ones took a bit more time and effort. We cleaned everything, put it all back together without any trouble, and now the washer works perfectly. The parts were good quality and we're very satisfied.

The part I received was what I expected. I notice this is probably a knock-off part. I have no objection to this. What I object to is vendors using OEM part numbers and passing the part off as genuine. I feel you should inform us buyers whether the part is genuine OEM or a copy.

My order shipped the same day I placed my order. Fantastic service! Sadly, Purolator was a hot mess with my order going to the wrong city, then being redirected to my town but never making it and ending up back at the city depot and attempts to have it redirected to a depot near me failed so I ended up having to take time off work and drive to Edmonton to pick it up. You need to use a different shipper. . . Purolator is the worst. Always a problem with them.
