Took too long for delivery imo done things are not easy to use

Lengthy delays. Still haven’t received my bike. Communication only comes when I email asking for updates. I’m disappointed.

Expensive, slow service, and your add-ons are poorly engineered.

The battery on my model S had gone to "sleep" over the winter and no amount of charging would "wake it up". EBC customer service suggested that the fast charger would fix this problem. I bought the charger and followed the instructions. It worked perfectly and allowed the battery to recharge completely and is now ready to go again. Kept me informed every step of the way and received the bike in a very timely manner.

The bike is not worth the money, works okay and customer service was mediocre at best and pretty non-responsive.

I ordered from the factory and my model R was ready for pickup 1 week after ordering! Super-friendly staff and service!
