I placed an order number MTOE5BC8 on 8-19-26 For a total of $238. 31 for a next day delivery and when the order didn't show up on 8-20-26 i called the helpline around 7:30pm and was told someone will contact me in the morning so on 8-21-26 around 8:50am I called back and was told my order was canceled due to an description with no explanation whether or not the piece of equipment was on the back order or what just was told it will not be delivered in a very rudely manner so Crawford in associate in Baton Rouge, La. recommend this company very highly but I'm reading it very poorly due to the representative poor training or manners

needed to replace a Circuit breaker and ordered 2 - 2-pole 40 amp CB (thin), one as a backup. Received one thin CB but it wouldn't turn on (stay on), the other one was a wide 2-pole 40 amp CB, which I used after moving a few other CBs around
