Don't order they don't deliver your order and don't answer the mail

Placed a very large order early on Wednesday morning and selected Express shipping which the site gave an estimated delivery of Friday. Here we are, end of day Friday and my order has not even dispatched, even more disappointing not even an email to say what is causing the delay. This clearly indicates they are selling products on their website which are not in stock. Sadly, I won’t buy from these guys again.

Ordered from them almost 3 weeks ago. To start with they didn’t have what i ordered but there website stated it was in stock, they then emailed me to ask if i wanted a different flavour which i replied what i wanted. Then for the next 2 weeks i repeatedly emailed them with not one reply from them. Royal mail then received my parcel with no address on. STAY CLEAR!!!!

I’ve just finished my first 4 weeks of the oxyshred fat burner, at the same time I joined the gym and started eating better. Unfortunately this hasn’t worked for me and I’ve not lost any weight. It tastes like juice so easy so drink but I had constant diarrhoea each morning after I drank it

Very bad experience with this company as I have not received my products. My products have been delivered to the wrong place twice and when I got in contact with their coustomer service team no one has responded back to me it has been almost 48hours. They claim that someone gets back to customers issues and complaints within few hours but this has gone way beyond anyone’s waiting. I just want a refund but unfortunately I don’t know how to go about with this as no o wa responding back to me. I have emailed them, used their emergency contact and messaged them on Instagram but no help has been provided. It’s unfortunate as I read a lot of great review and have been thinking about being a regular customer to this brand.

I love the products, I loved them, but this is my third time buying and they stole $112 dollars from me. I made a report. It's been 10 days and they still don't give me an answer. My package never arrived at my house and they don't want to take responsibility. I also didn't receive a tracking number and according to them, they already sent me the package.

I bought 1 product in December as a present however they keep taking money out of my account and sending me the product with no information as to how to send it back. I have asked them to stop, placed a dispute with my bank and these people still do not get the hint. I have tried to cancel a subscription BUT!!! I DO NOT HAVE ONE !!!. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you'll be paying forever!!!

Do not purchase from this company, they randomly charge your card and send you items and will not refund you the full amount that was charged even if nothing was opened! They also make promises they can’t keep. I returned the box that was randomly shipped to me and charged on my card and was never opened which costs me 14 dollars and they will not refund me. The random items they sent me were still sealed in the box they send and they charged me 60.91 for it and was only refunded 50 dollars. I ended up losing over 20, they have no integrity or respect for customers money.

Can’t say anything bad just a great company with amazing customer service. Great products.

Would not recommend! I purchased 2 bundle deals of protein powder (which adds up to 4 containers) and only received 3, when I reached out to them (on multiple different occasions) to correct their mistake I received no reply. They also make it super difficult to contact them as I was unable to access an email or phone number and was forced to use an online form that got me nowhere :(
