please be warned the carrier company they use BetterTrucks is HORRIBLE! They couldn’t find my address the first time because I live in an apartment complex. Fine. I corrected the address to the address of my apartment complex and put in the notes specifically to either call me or leave it in the leasing office if they had a hard time finding my apartment. What did they do? Delivered it to a completely random apartment that’s not MINE. Reached out to EHPlabs only for them to tell me that they can’t do anything unless I file a complaint with the carrier. I tried to file a complaint with the carrier, and the carrier just kept sending me proof of delivery photo which you can clearly see in the photo that the house that they delivered it to is not mine. Reached back out to EHPlabs telling them what was going on and they proceeded to tell me that I put in the wrong address because I put the apartment complex address and I didn’t put my address. The reason I put the apartment complex address is because they could not find my address the first time. This company is a scam. They won’t refund you your money for their mistakes and they won’t send you a replacement. Save your time your money and your effort and just buy a different pre-workout and don’t give this company your money. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now they’ve also been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
The company has great product. s But the worst customer service. Don’t make a mistake when ordering. Because their response is basically. Too bad!!
I placed an order on the 31. 10. 25. I then received an email on 12. 11. 25 to advise my order was on hold as an item was on back order. I have since received no update whatsoever. I emailed and was offered a coupon. No indication on when my order will be sent, nearly 4 weeks from ordering. If I would have known it would take over a month I would never have ordered. How are you meant to consistently order and use a product if it takes that long to restock?
My original order (EHPAU350658) was made on the 22nd October. I'm writing this on 23rd November with still no products and no idea if they're on their way. I found out my order 'didn't reach the warehouse' from the app, despite th company encouraging you to use app over the website, and offering further discounts/ benefits to do so. FYI the first time I ordered, the app forewent any usual email order confirmation I am used to receiving, instead only offering a notification in-app that said my order had been recieved, showing as paid. I later received my products (one needing a replacement because it was open, but otherwise fine) with no notification of tracking. So when I didn't get any email with a confirmation / invoice or tracking for this order I assumed it would just arrive a week later. Not ideal, but oh well. I only found my order glitched after I emailed their wesbite customer support when a reasonable time passed and they haven't arrived. Once I got a response I was asked to choose my flavours again, because of a glitch with my app which had resulted in my order not making it throughto them. I advised my original choices, should they be available. I phrased this as a question to get a response, hoping I would get to choose back-up flavours should they be sold out after sales. I also asked if express shipping was an option, considering I have now run out while waiting for the replacements that never arrived. I received no response from customer service, just an email prompt to fill out a 'how did we do' form. So I assume they're done talking to me and my order will now be sent. I waited a few days and checked the the app again, I now have another order with zero value, showing as paid and unfulfilled dated the 13th November. I can only assume this is my fixed up order but with no expandable details on what's in the order, no email back from customer service and no tracking email to show me when to expect it, I'm just guessing at this point. Si...
Bad customer service!! Item was yet shipped and it had been 2 weeks for a $100+ order. No communication and no information. I will be disputing this charge due to yet receiving my product even though the website said 5 days for shipping!

Hello i will no longer be using this product due to businesses lack of management. You have no customer service & no guarantee on shipping . I have been waiting 2 weeks and emailing none stop both shipping company and EHP . I can’t seem to get any answers from neither but you both say to contact each other?! Don’t offer products you can’t deliver . I have ordered over 5x and every time i assure you Iv had a shipping problem. I’m on my last straw & will never be ordering again . I will also be disputing my charge since I’m clearly not getting a refund for my products I DID NOT RECEIVE . They emailed me stating there is a “ national shipping delay “ which is BS bc the package is in an Ontrac facility in Doral and I’m in Miami ( they’re not very far ) .
Misleading photos which lead to ordering the wrong supplements, showed on the picture creatine and ended up with something else despite in the description saying it was creatine, tried explaining that and not excepting fault so therefore will be returning all items all because of one item
I had a previous order over a month ago with for the shred bundle ! IT NEVER ARRIVED AND THEY “ DELIVERED “ FAST forward I got assistance from EHP labs Juan who reached out and re ordered my items for me , I EVEN CHANGED MY ADDRESS TO A MORE SECURE LOCATION ANS IT WAS SUPOSED TO BE DELIVERED 12/5 then it said it was running late and now it would be delivered 12/6 I was home all day to make sure I didn’t miss the delivery and nothing came …. TODAY I CALLED AMAZON SHIPPING AND NOW MY ITEMS ARE MISSING/ LOST at this point I just want a full refund and never buying from here again …. .
I ordered from them and for two weeks I had no update. I contacted them just for them to tell me they were out of the products I ordered. When were they planning on telling me ? Not even a heads up until I had to contact them to see what was the update. Waited a whole month and even then they still sent me the wrong products. First and last time I ever shop with this brand.

Customer service is non existent. Have been waiting for a reply for over 10 days to no avail. They don’t reply or give you one sentence replies when they do reply. Disappointed as a very loyal customer.

DO NOT BUY unless you want to wait over a month. Placed an order OVER 3 weeks ago for express shipping and it still has not been shipped. I have been told it’s because they have no stock in a t shirt, yet they failed to tell me and I am still waiting for my $100+ order to be shipped from the warehouse. No one is answering emails or assisting me and I believe I have been scammed.
Usually very happy with EHP labs and all their products. Happy customer of 6 years now. One of my oxyshreds got delivered rock hard and I instantly emailed to solve the issue. 5 emails later still no response and unfortunately unless you leave a one star review no one cares or responds to solve anything.

Placed a very large order early on Wednesday morning and selected Express shipping which the site gave an estimated delivery of Friday. Here we are, end of day Friday and my order has not even dispatched, even more disappointing not even an email to say what is causing the delay. This clearly indicates they are selling products on their website which are not in stock. Sadly, I won’t buy from these guys again.
Ordered from them almost 3 weeks ago. To start with they didn’t have what i ordered but there website stated it was in stock, they then emailed me to ask if i wanted a different flavour which i replied what i wanted. Then for the next 2 weeks i repeatedly emailed them with not one reply from them. Royal mail then received my parcel with no address on. STAY CLEAR!!!!
