Attentive and responsive. The delivery was on time and very well packaged.

Mixed bag. Customer service was easy to work with & courteous. We loved the dining table, liked the chairs, and regret the coffee table. Shipping via Metropolitan was a terrible experience. They cancelled on us twice…didn’t know where the shipment was for a while…ended up taking a month.
