I received my order and found a dried roach-like insect (and small insect debris) inside the shipping box. The product itself appeared sealed and the texture looked normal, but this is unacceptable from a hygiene/quality-control standpoint. Please review your warehouse/packing procedures. I’m requesting a refund or at minimum a partial refund due to the condition in which the order arrived.

I have been using this vit c serum for many years and i love it. I put it on every morning under my sunscreen/makeup routine. The package arrived quickly and was fresh (no oxidation of the serum). Thank you Editors pick!
