I think the return policy is pretty misleading. Online it says you want all of your customers be satisfied with your products, but they have to be returned in their original form. As far as skin care goes: once you try a product to know if you’re satisfied with it it’s not and it’s original packaging! So I thought I could return this SPF that I I was trying for the first time and I ended up not being able to

I purchased a ~16oz bottle of Obagi Hydrate. It arrived quickly and was packaged carefully. It was during an exceptionally long heat wave so the lotion was a bit runnier than usual out of the box, but after a few hours the normal consistency returned. I will purchase this again.

I've been using this product for a few years with great results. I have intermittently tried other body lotions but they feel greasy and take forever to rub in.
