I haven't received my order yet. I ordered on September 17th and it hasn't arrived yet and it's October 18th. Is there a problem? Can you fix it?

Chaos! Chaos! Never order with you again that’s a promise. You need to update your site so people can change the size without fear of completing before order is complete. It was nothing but trouble. Waste of shipping cost , stuck with wrong size shoes, so waste of my shoe cost as well. Amazon had them free shipping. Done.

OK, so this company is amazing. I left a review stating that the shoes hurt between my toes and without question they immediately sent me a refund for them and a very nice email. Will definitely purchase another pair maybe a different kind lol

Would have given 5 stars but my order was split into 2 shipments which I was not notified about until I contacted customer service. 3rd pair a few days later.
