So disappointed! I ordered and just received 3 pair of Brazil flip flops. They are ALL poorly assembled. After 40+years I will have to start my search for a better made flip flop. So sad!

I purchased a pair of flip flops for a Christmas gift paying full price. A few days later, they went on sale for 35% less. When I asked for a price adjustment under your 60 day satisfaction guarantee, your reply was an AI generated message saying no price adjustment would be made.

I loved the look of the sandals! BUT they feel so low quality. Have only had them for a month or two and they bend and make me trip on walks regularly. Just feel so thin and cheap. I definitely wouldn’t spend $40-50 to order a pair online again. At most Havianas are worth $30.
