I bought this as part of a promotion, which stated if you bought two of the products you received a free ceramic tray, designed to hold them. This promotion was still advertised, and Ecoya had posted promotional material regarding it only two days prior to my purchase. I was surprised to find no tray in my parcel. When contacted Ecoya said the promotion had already finished (?!), despite being advertised, and the trays were now out of stock. I think they had underestimated demand and run out before they realised and took down the promotion. The whole reason I bought the set was to have it sit on my kitchen counter. Without the tray it would look messy. Despite it being their mistake Ecoya was very unhelpful, saying I could ship the unopened units back to them at my own cost. No apology. Just a heads up before you order that they have terrible customer service.
