I ordered two items separately on the same day, the gaskets and replacement summit bottle cap came quickly, but the bottle took a lot longer to arrive.

As usual the bottles are fantastic. The color is beautiful. My only complaint is when you need spare parts. Need gaskets for the boulders. Nor on shopping site. Can we get them on the site please.

I bought “The Boulder” when we were in Colorado summer of 2022, but lost it this year when we were again vacationing in CO. I couldn’t remember the brand name so was searching online and was thrilled to finally find Ecovessel. I love the filter basket and the fact that for a 32 oz bottle it fits well in my hand. It’s my go to now after years of collecting many bottle from “the big brands”! 5 ⭐️ recommendation!

I have too many water bottles and yet This is my second boulder because I lost my first one on a trip. This bottle is so much better than the competition. It is light for a double walled making great for every day and on the trail. The small screen insert is a great added touch and the ability to have a wide mouth and a narrow at the time is worth every cent in my opinion.

At first I was confused with rthe initial response, since I was letting customer service know what happened with the old bottle (it had rust inside). And they told me they current do anything since it was fulfilled by Amazon. When I explained that I was reaching out because it says it is stainless steel and it has rust again, I got a replacement, which I am very happy about, thank you!
