I already own a Eco vessel water bottle. Mine is several years old and needed to be replaced.

I had a problem with Amazon sending out these bottles missing the silicone cup (2 in a row). Customer service at EcoVessel refunded the Amazon purchase and told me about their BOGO sale here, letting me get 2 for the same price at Amazon. Win!

Solid ideas with the no plastic touching water on some of their tops. Love the ice strainer and the infusers. Holding my breath to see if quality lasts as one bottle already seems to have a failed vacuum seal (32oz) and doesn't hold ice anymore for any good length of time. Bummed because I really thought it's a superior design to yeti and competitors

I reached out to a customer service rep about replacing some sealant rings in the 32 ounce Boulder bottle and I was told they ran out of replacements. The order I subsequently placed arrived in great condition. The colors and quality are amazing.
