This was not my first EcoVessel purchase but it has been a rather long time. This was a great 2 for 1 deal that I could not pass up. I’m glad I ordered 2 of the 24oz Summit with the straw. It has become my new go to cold drink bottle. The ordering, payment, and whole process was quick and easy to accomplish. The only issue that I was a bit skeptical about was the packaging. Both bottles were shipped in a slightly padded paper wrap and mailed in an envelope rather than a more protected way ie: box etc. That being said both bottles arrived in good shape with no damage. I would highly recommend taking advantage of this sale if available - if not these are still great drink containers that stay extra cold for many hours.

The bottles are lovely, nice clean taste and a popup straw make bicycling with them a great experience. I sent two to my son, also. The rubber cup on the bottom is nice to protect surfaces.

Love the product, most of my family, the guys, like the other brand, but I'm stuck on EcoVessel. Love the colors and especially love the way the cups hold hot and cold beverages. They fit well in my hand, I have smaller hands than most. I'm glad I got in on the recent sale, Christmas gifts!

EcoVessel water bottles are absolutely fabulous! I have tried so many different brands of water bottles, and these are superior to every other brand. They are extremely well made, they keep beverages cold all day long, they are easy to clean, and they are also gorgeous water bottles. In addition, they are reasonably priced, and the EcoVessel customer service is absolutely outstanding.

I just wanted to order the top and straw for my ecovessel. However they are no longer offered as they had been in the past. Although they gave me a reduced cost for a new vessel, I don't like that I can't just buy a replacement for the top, which is gets moldy even though I rinse it with soap and water every time after I use it. The silicone seal is difficult to put back together.

I reported the failure of a cap on my thermos with removable cup. Not only did they promptly send me a replacement cap—. they sent me a replacement for the entire thermos. It arrived promptly in excellent condition. I use eco-vessel products every day in various contexts. One could say that ecovessel is my beverage ecosystem. Once again, they’ve proven themselves to be an excellent partner.

I've p urchased dozens of EcoVessel products and always find their customer service first rate. They respond quickly to inquiries, provide pertinent information and suggestions and rapidly resolve any concerns.

The shipment was fast, even with a holiday weekend thrown in the midst. I made a mistake with my order and the staff at EcoVessel were gracious in correcting it for me.
