More communication needed

The bed itself is great, however the purchasing experience was more stressful than it should have been. I ordered the bed on a Sunday and the FAQ said to expect it within 7-10 business days. I had zero contact from eComfort during this time. I contacted eComfort requesting a heads up so I could be prepared to receive the new bed and was told I would get a call a few days in advance. This didn't happen - instead I was woken at 7:30am by the couriers wanting to deliver the bed that day. I had had no notice, hadn't been able to remove the previous bed yet, and this was very stressful - especially when I had requested advanced notice. More communication around delivery is essential. Beds are not easy to swap in and out - I needed a day to get my old bed taken from my room and space made for the new bed. I'm 5"2 and have injuries that limit lifting. You can't sell beds assuming everybody shopping has the ability to just move a mammoth item around with ease.
