Base was very good. Post purchase communication was not good - I started to think I had been scammed. This could have been avoided had you communicated the delivery timeframes and progress on that.

I was thrilled with customer services prompt action in providing me with a mattress protector at special offer price as soon as the King Single size was back in stock - even though the offer was no longer available. It arrived overnight which i found totally amazing. The bed, unfortunately, after a week with the carriers is still waiting for a driver. A driver has been allocated twice but for some reason each time it has been cancelled. I would be grateful if you could look into this please

Unfortunately the mattress did not work out for us, we are apparently used to Soft base too much, but Ecomfort company did well and worked with us patiently during ever changing, different zone Covid19 lockdown levels. We've received a full order value refund and would like to thank this medium and everyone at Ecomfort involved into making this process happen as smoothly as possible!
