I did make sure to update my app on the bike before riding. Jama is AMAZING!! The sound quality was good and music was great! I liked listening to the oldies while chillin' on my ride. Thank you for all you do. Your hard work and dedication to making Echelon great has not gone unnoticed by this 'vintage but still savage' girl.

The streaming now is much better than before. I usually plan my work outs for the week by checking the schedule. I could see the cycling schedule; however, I can not see the fit pass one. It only gives me the current day not the whole week. I don't see heart rate zone classes. They were my favorite. If you could bring them back please. I like 45 minutes classes or more. I see you offer more of the 20 minutes. I understand some riders like to do 2 or more classes a day. My schedule doesn't allow me to work out more than 1 class. Because of the, I prefer longer classes. I am still having a trouble sending a high five to others on the LB. I understand it's not the biggest issue. Nonetheless, i enjoy sending them and receiving it. I am not sure who should I turn to. I love the check mark you have created to mark the finished classes. It's a great way to track my progress. Thank you for listening to our suggestions. It's a great feeling to be part of this community.

I have nothing but good things to say about the site and delivery and service. Had one little hiccup with the 1,000 workout Cube, but a minor issue. The quality is excellent as well. No complaints here.

Love the instructors, love the on demand classes.

It drives me nuts that before each spin class the instructions have to explain what the screen says, resistance etc. Would you consider telling all new members to watch one tutorial and then let it be ??? The instructors in Miami are fantastic!

Classes are hard to sort through especially 1st thing in morning. Can't figure out how to mark favorite classes so easy to pull up on a feed when I don't have time to browse through classes

I went to the website to look at the different subscription options available and didn’t find it very clear what was offered.

Great bike!! I can't really compare it since it's my first at home bike but it's definitely better than the ones at the gym.

I am currently dealing with a number of hip and knee issues, I like the fact that I can find a variety of works which allow me to enjoy my bike and rehab my ancient knees. I appreciate the non bike workouts including the sleep meditation George McLarty

At first, the delivery was on back-up but then after a week or two customer service was great on coordinating with me on delivery date and time. Unit arrived brand new and was installed by delivery people. As far as functionality, the treadmill is working in good condition and I am impressed by the features and robustness along with clever folding and storage capability. I greatly recommend this treadmill from Echelon fit.
