Took 2 weeks to get bike and now I am unable to use it. The battery either will not come out of sleep mode or is defective. Phoned support and they told me I had to file a 'service request' online, for some reason they can't help over the phone. Have not heard a peep. The bike was also packaged in a way that put a hole in the seat and deformed the front fender. This was bought to take friends from out of town on a tour of Vancouver Island in a couple of days, now our plans are at risk of being ruined.

My EBGO CC60+ has a design issue that poses a safety risk. In short, the side stand mounting is positioned too close to the pedal motion. I am a male, 5'-8" tall and wear size 9 shoe. Even with relatively small shoe size, my heel constantly hits the side stand near the mounting bracket. On one occasion, my shoe became stuck between the bracket and the pedal, causing me to fall. Due to this safety concern, I would like to know if there is a modification available? I would hate to return the bike due to this as I am happy with all other aspects of the bike.

Summary: Ordering was easy, delivery fast, assembly easy, riding - FUN! We love our CC60+ bikes. We are looking forward to a fun summer cruising around South Ontario looking for unique coffee shops and wine bars. Our truck and bikes are ready to hit the road. Bikes were easy to assemble and I (female) was able to do them by myself in about 15 minutes each. The toughest part was getting it out of the box. I followed a YouTube video and it was easy. Operation is also easy. I love the power paddle which I use regularly to get me up a fairly big hill by my house. Other than that hill, I pretty much stay in PAS 1 or 2 and gear 6 and enjoy my ride. We had open box B, there was almost 500km on one and some scratches that I would have to go searching for now. The other one had almost 700km and less scratches. None that bother us. Ride as much as you want or just sit and enjoy. I have used the power paddle quite a bit while learning how everything works so I only got about 40km out of my first battery charge. I would expect to get more when I am actually riding the bike rather than being excited that the bike can just carry me up the hill! I love the flexibility of being able to get a real workout in by riding, or taking it out for an easy assisted ride after my run. Happy with our decision and the open box made it affordable.

My CC60 ebike arrived quickly. The assembly instructions are good but the video is even better. The visual demonstration simplified the assembly process with little to question. My Ebike happened to have a small defective part and Ebgo sent me a replacement immediately. Their customer support is quick and helpful.
