Please NEVER use Loomis again to ship items. They arrived on Friday morning when I was taking my kid to daycare so I got the missing slip, it said they would try again on Monday. I waited at home ALL DAY Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and no one arrived to drop it off. I checked the tracking status and now it is saying hold for pick up. So I went to their office during their open hours (only between 1pm and 4pm today, which is tricky because I work from home and have multiple meetings each day) to find their office door locked and no one around. I tried to call and it sent me to a call centre and they wouldn't give me any information on how to get the package, they couldn't transfer it to the local office and now I see if I don't pick it up within 5 days it will be shipped back. Well today is day 5, I couldn't get into their office and now I have meetings so I can't go back before they close. WHAT A FUCKING JOKE I WANT MY FUCKING BIKE

Took 2 weeks to get bike and now I am unable to use it. The battery either will not come out of sleep mode or is defective. Phoned support and they told me I had to file a 'service request' online, for some reason they can't help over the phone. Have not heard a peep. The bike was also packaged in a way that put a hole in the seat and deformed the front fender. This was bought to take friends from out of town on a tour of Vancouver Island in a couple of days, now our plans are at risk of being ruined.
