Doing the process of everything to get the free spoon was very simple and it came in the mail quite quickly. What I bought from Walmart was there quick oats in the flavor, apple cinnamon it tasted amazing and on top of that too they came in with some fun, fuzzy socks that I still use to this day. I really recommend this brand that they seem to have many delicious varieties of food.
