Shipping was fast! I feel privileged to be a part of the red fork club.

I was looking for something easy, dietetic and nourishing. I chose the creamy chicken soup and the jerk chicken soup- they seemed like the right calories; low in sugar etc. I loved the Jerk chicken soup- it was only 200 calories and packed full of protein! But when it came to that creamy chicken soup- I noticed a whopping 16 grams of saturated fat- that is 82 percent of your daily value of saturated fat! I was so bummed because I really liked all the other nutritional information on it! I will definitely be going back for the Jerk Chicken but hold off on the other soup. I also wish the soup was a little bit more in quantity - a little bit more would be satiating! Thank you for the cute spoon!

My experiences with Proper Good have always been excellent. I first saw Proper Good on Shark Tank, tried some, and have been ordering ever since. Am going to be in a hotel next month in a room with a microwave. Plan to take several for a good, low-cost snack or meal.
