I ordered a box of the ew blueberry donuts, which are sooooo delish, by the way. In my order I included a couple individual 2 packs of chocolate and vanilla donuts which happened to arrive squished due to packaging. When I notified customer service they promptly sent out an entire 12 pack box of donuts to replace them. I was so surprised and delighted. Great products! Great customer service! Great company! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Shipping was great. Used to take almost a couple of weeks to come in but now they were delivered in less than a week. As far as the quality, the protein pastry are the best thing since sliced bread. They’re all I eat for breakfast now for almost two years. Love them!!

Your "poptarts" are delicious and that is a 5 star product : ) However, I keep getting emails that your pasta is back in stock but when I go to order it it isn't. It's aggravating.

I love these chips. The barbecue flavor is great in the puffed chip is crunchy and filling. And the customer service is really legendary.

Legendary has THE best tasting protein products ive ever had. Everything is SO good but the donuts in particular are decadent - i eat them every single morning with my coffee. Cant live without them at this point!

I bought the cherry pastry and it was awful so I asked for a refund and they sent me something else to compensate for my purchase and I was happy that they made things right.

I love all of your products. The pastries are my favorite. I have noticed some quality issues. Size of the pastries seems to have shrunk slightly. Even worse a couple months ago I had an entire box of the S’mores that was missing all the chocolate chips. This week my box of Cherry Crumble is missing all of the crumble! I wrote to Customer Service about the crumble but haven’t heard back. Still love the pastries and will try to overlook the recent quality issues.

Initially, I was kind of upset because I tried your product for the first time, and there was a tiny little sliver of frosting, and I felt like compared to the picture you guys were being dishonest. You guys mailed me a box of pop tarts and it had the right amount of frosting. We are now fully addicted and we really appreciate your customer service so you have a fan for life now.

I absolutely LOVE the Legendary products!! The protein pastries are a regular staple in our pantry now. The pastas are good, I prefer the garlic parmesan and cooking 4 minutes seems to give better texture for me. The Customer Service team is AWESOME! I had a small quality issue with a product and they responded quickly, offered replacement product and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. This company totally understands pleasing the customer! The only thing that has been disappointing is the restocking time for some items. But I think that's probably a good thing because it means they're selling a lot of it.

I really like your chips. The flavor is great and they’re more filling than the other chips I’ve tried. I’ve had a couple problems with shipping, so I usually buy it on Amazon instead of from your website. I can say your customer service is excellent and it’s a pleasure doing business with you.
