I was apprehensive at first, but once I actually made the mac & cheese, the first thing I noticed was the flavor was reminded me of that famous brand in the blue and gold packaging. Then I realized I was getting all the extra protein and I got the flavor I was used to and love. To paraphrase my grandfather, you can’t beat that with a stick
