Janet personally helped me work out a way to get the tortillas to us in great shape. It is a long way to Nebraska and she made sure that we could get them in one day so that the heat didn't ruin them. Couldn't ask for more friendly helpful people.

Janet is wonderful. The customer service is excellent and super fast 2 day shipping. I've tried many of this type and Coyotas is the best. So delicious!

The ordering process was fine; the shipping was also probably fine, but in my case, my order happened to be shipped during very hot weather and my tortillas arrived 'room temperature' - meaning that the cold packs inside were totally thawed and the tortillas were not cold upon arrival. I quickly threw 2 of the 3 packs into the freezer and put the 3rd pack in the fridge. Unfortunately the tortillas probably had too much unrefrigerated time, and when I went to use them the following day most of them had already started to mold. I consider this a shipping issue and not a product issue, thus the 4 stars. The product itself is OK. When you warm it in a pan per the instructions, it becomes more stiff, like a cross between a flour or corn soft tortilla and a hard-shell tortilla. The texture holds up to sauces and fillings, but is chewier than I like. I will hopefully get to eat the other ones in my freezer and can experiment more.
