These are so so amazing!! i have a gluten AND gums allergy, so the fact that these tortillas are cassava AND do not have xanthan gum--JUST clean ingredients is so incredible! Not to mention they heat up to be pliable and delicious tortillas! My boyfriend eats gluten but even he has been preferring these to his regular flour tortillas. i'm so grateful for these and will buy them religiously moving forward!! THANK YOU!!!
